SCPA Registration Registration

Registration for State Choral Performance Assessment is due on or before January 13, 2026. Registrations that are not postmarked by the January 13, 2026 deadline will be canceled. If your registration is canceled you can re-register and pay a late fee.

Please choose one of the following options if you know your check will not be postmarked by January 13, 2026.

Non-Accumulating Late Fee Schedule:
Late Fee for registrations and checks postmarked January 14-27: $50
Late Fee for registration and checks postmarked January 28-February 3: $100
Late fee for registration and checks postmarked February 4-10: $150

Upon submitting your registration, you will immediately receive a confirmation and invoice by email. If you do not receive the confirmation/invoice after your submit your registration, please let Matthew Gardner (matthew.gardner.ava@gmail.com) know immediately.

• A check for registration fees for the original number of students registered must be postmarked by January 16, 2025.

• Checks should be mailed to Alabama Vocal Association, Attn: John Kincaid, 4921 Twin Pine Circle, Hoover, AL 35226.

• Only those that have registered and paid by the deadline will be scheduled. Schools are scheduled in the order that payments are received.

• Registrations that are not paid by the deadline will be canceled. If your registration is canceled you can re-register and pay a late fee.

• I must bring to the registration desk: 3 copies of each piece of music, measures numbered.

• I must bring to the registration desk: 3 copies of F5.2 SCPA Adjudication , 1 copy of F5.3 SR Adjudication, 4 copies of F1.5 Auxiliary Information Form, and 1 copy of F5.4 Literature Selection Form for each choir with all information complete.

• I have read the Standing Rules for State Choral Performance Assessment and will abide by AVA policies.
