All-State Show Choir Festival Registration

ASSC Festival Registration

The All-State Show Choir Festival will be held March 26-28, 2026 at Spain Park High School in Birmingham, AL. The deadline to register and have your check postmarked is February 24, 2026. Registrations that are not paid by the deadline will be canceled. If your registration is canceled you can re-register and pay a late fee. Contact Executive Secretary John Kincaid (execsecava@gmail.com) with any questions.

Non-Accumulating Late Fee Schedule:
Late Fee for registrations and checks postmarked February 25-March 10: $50
Late Fee for registration and checks postmarked March 11-17: $100
Late fee for registration and checks postmarked March 18-24: $150

Upon submitting your registration, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive the confirmation after you submit your registration, please let AVA Digital Media Director Matthew Gardner (matthew.gardner.ava@gmail.com) know immediately.

• A check for registration fees for the original number of students registered must be postmarked by February 24, 2026 and made payable to “Alabama Vocal Association”.

• Checks should be mailed to Alabama Vocal Association, Attn: John Kincaid, 4921 Twin Pine Circle, Hoover, AL 35226.

• Registrations that are not paid by the deadline will be canceled. If your registration is canceled you can re-register and pay a late fee.

• I have read the Standing Rules for The All-State Show Choir Festival and will abide by AVA policies.

• Music must be memorized. However, students must bring music with measures numbered and a pencil to each rehearsal (no photocopies).

• Students are required to participate in the All-State Show Choir festival and concert in its entirety.

• Students should wear jeans and their All-State Show Choir Festival t-shirt for the performance. Any revealing attire is inappropriate for this occasion.

• If you have students who are registered for All-State Show Choir Festival, but find they cannot attend after registering them, please notify the Show Choir Coordinator (cam.johnson.ava@gmail.com) immediately.

• Clicking the submit button registers my students and I will be immediately sent an invoice for the number of students registered.
