ASSC Audition Registration
The 2025-2026 All-State Show Choir Auditions will be held virtually via Zoom. Step-by-step instructions will be provided shortly after registration closes.
The registration deadline is December 1, 2025. Payments must be postmarked by December 1, 2025. Registrations will not be accepted after December 1. Payments will be only accepted if postmarked after December 1 with a late fee. Registrations that are not paid by the December 1 deadline will be canceled. Non-Accumulating Late Fee Schedule:
Late Fee for registrations and checks postmarked December 2-15: $50
Late Fee for registration and checks postmarked December 16-22: $100
Late fee for registration and checks postmarked December 23-29: $150
Late fee for registration and checks postmarked December 30-January 5: $300

Upon submitting your registration, you will immediately receive a confirmation and invoice by email. If you do not receive the confirmation/invoice after your submit your registration, please let Matthew Gardner (matthew.gardner.ava@gmail.com) know immediately.
IMPORTANT: Director and student names will be entered in the program exactly as you enter them on this form. Please check and double check all director and student information. You must fill out the student information lines in their entirety. You will need student name, grade, voice part, height, and t-shirt size for each student you register. Please collect all of this information before attempting to fill out this form.
